What we do with your data
In short: we only ask for your email address, and only to keep you posted about Learning Scout.

Who is responsible?
Learning Scout is an initiative of Wiresh Chotoe, who is responsible for processing your data. Questions? Email contact@learningscout.nl.
What data, and why?
When you sign up, we store your email address, when you signed up and whether you confirmed. We use it only to tell you when Learning Scout opens and, after that, to send you updates about Learning Scout. We don't sell your data or share it with others for their own purposes.
The legal basis is your consent. After signing up you receive an email with a confirmation link; you are only added to the list once you click it.
Who processes it for us?
Sign-ups and emails are handled by MailerLite, an EU newsletter service that stores them on our behalf. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address for security and operation. To see how many people visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookies, and no tracking across other sites. We set no cookies and load nothing from Google or other advertising services.
For how long?
Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will delete your address.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just email us. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
The app
The app only stores your language choice, in your own browser. We only count visitors on the website, without cookies; the app tracks nothing.
